About gDonna
The photo is my son and myself. Now days you can get a photo made to look old like this one. This photo was taken when this was the new look.

Harry S Truman was president when I was born and world war II had ended. I grew up in a time when lunch was put in a brown paper bag and a sandwich was wrapped with wax paper. There was no such thing as pantyhose, we wore stockings that attached to the rubbery clippy things that attached to the girdle. I love the practicality of your living situation- kitchen and living room (?)  So clever!  I like the two chairs and two lamps next to each other; you really have planned to make everything so comfortable and cozy looking.

I like that you are not getting rid of everything, I have many knick-knacks that I would be hard pressed to get rid of and probably more towels that we need but they are all very serviceable.

I have drawers for lower cabinets and that made a world of difference.

Hope you all stay well and your husband recovers from his injury.

God bless,

Alison
