About gDonna
The photo is my son and myself. Now days you can get a photo made to look old like this one. This photo was taken when this was the new look.

Harry S Truman was president when I was born and world war II had ended. I grew up in a time when lunch was put in a brown paper bag and a sandwich was wrapped with wax paper. Your curtains look very nice. I finally got the curtains sewed and hung up in our dining room. There are 3 windows and 1 door with a large piece of glass and it made for quite a chore, but I already had the material from when we lived at our old home in Oregon. They really made a huge difference in the look and most of all the warmth they give the room.

Andrea, I love linens of any kind because they do give a warmth to a home. :) Thank you for your comment.
