About gDonna
The photo is my son and myself. Now days you can get a photo made to look old like this one. This photo was taken when this was the new look.

Harry S Truman was president when I was born and world war II had ended. I grew up in a time when lunch was put in a brown paper bag and a sandwich was wrapped with wax paper. There was no such thing as pantyhose, we wore stockings that attached to the rubbery clippy things that attached to the girdle. Our family has tried Clara's meals and everytime we do they become a favorite. Her cookbook is excellent. It's weird to me how much cheese and toppings people out on their pizza nowadays as compared to what Clara put on hers in the video she made.  Those are the little changes I notice since starting the study. I think people are over fed and under nourished. If that makes sense. I think with the study as I'm getting a chance to catch up on the posts here that I realize how many things are weighing people down that they can get rid of if they want to. You don't really need all these things that cost money. There luxuries in reality. Our library has several computers that folks can use to print things off, free wifi, etc. It's not always convenient to make changes, but it's the little things that add up to a lot over time.
